Damian Krushner was called to the Bar in 2001, having studied law on a Middle Temple scholarship. He previously worked at the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants and the Immigration Advisory Service. He has also served as a local Councillor in London.
Damian practices in all areas of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law, including Direct Public Access work.
He has represented clients successfully at all levels of the Immigration Tribunal as well as at the High Court and Court of Appeal. This includes complex cases including family visas, deportations, nationality, asylum, care and personal humans rights, medical migration cases, detention and bail, EU cases, work and study visas.
